Clean and spacious room with a comfortable extra large bed. Good quality wifi and a nice shower. Convenient and safe underground parking available. The pantry in the lobby with a microwave was a useful amenity. The hotel's vegetarian restaurant had a great selection of dishes.

Great hotel for a city break! The breakfast offered a delicious variety of food and the pool area was clean and inviting. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was ideal as it was easily accessible to the main attractions and public transport.
The surrounding area could have been nicer, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but we managed just fine.

Great stay, plenty of amenities! We enjoyed the pool and the shopping area with many restaurants; it was perfect for a relaxing day at the hotel. the staff was always attentive and made us feel welcomed. We had delicious breakfasts each morning and the rooms were modern and clean. We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows. Plus, the hotel was a short ride away from the historical center of the city, which made it easy to explore.
The area surrounding the hotel was a bit run-down and we did not feel comfortable walking around at night. some of the restaurants in the complex were quite pricey, so we had to be careful with our budget.

the room was well-designed and spacious. the outdoor swimming pool was large and it had plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. the snacks and drinks served at the bar were delicious, and the restaurant offered special diet menus. the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but lacks proximity to the city center. the rooms' basic cleaning and amenities are no match for the price range, as seen in a recent billing error for breakfast. the hotel's only redeeming quality is the range of restaurants nearby. the staff seemed to make an effort, but seemed inexperienced.
The gym equipment was outdated and in dire need of replacement.
